How old is Bruce and when should I cut down on the bugs

I would start by cutting him down to the very other day...same amount of food for a while.

You will want him to be not too thin and not too fat...so from there judge how much being fed to him every second day keeps him that way.

k thanks for the advice can you maybe give me a estimate of how old he is
 
Answers in the archives range from 6 to 12 months of age.
If you're lucky (very lucky with a veiled), he may give you a clue by cutting down on his own (self-regulating) sometime around 9 months ±

In that case, maybe very very lucky. :LOL:
IMO, he doesn't look overweight right now, but he looks to be the age/size to start monitoring what he looks like and adjust accordingly.

Some feed every other day, some feed every day, but less.
They're all different, so we have to feel our way through this, keeping them looking 'healthy' (as kinyonga said, "not too thin and not too fat").
