As of right now I just wipe down and clean the plants each leaf at a time. As well as wipe down the bottom of the cage. I clean the cage every two days. Any advice would really be appreciated.

I think year doing ok!
Wipe any crap that hasn't washed down by misting off and clean the bottom tray and pots from dead leaves, feeders and poop.
Every week take out the plants (if you can't move em around enough in the cage) to check for anything you might have missed.

Wood that gets cropped on a lot you will want to replace or clean thoroughly every once in a while.

Spot cleaning is good like you're doing. Every week or two I also use a steam cleaner on all my wood and plastic plants and on the cages. Can't use a steam cleaner on real plant so you have to remove them
