How to control Humidity for Veiled Chameleon

Honing in the humidity is trial and error. Adjusting spraying/fogging times so that the enclosure is completely dry by mid-morning might help. You could try shorter misting sessions or hand misting. I have automatic misters but for my Veild I found hand misting works best to control humidity. Because I hand mist I provide a 24 hour slow dripper to ensure he has water to drink. Also make sure you have a drainage system to keep things from becoming over saturated with water.

Hi. So I looked back at your pics and I see that you have some plastic around part of your enclosure. To reduce humidity, the first thing is to remove the plastic. If you are having water overspray and need something to protect your home and furnishings around your chameleon, try a fabric shower curtain and let it hang loose at the bottom, instead of tucking or tacking it in. The added airflow will greatly help reduce the trapped humidity.
