How to gutload--Dubia

Okay I've searched and read all about what to gutload dubia with--essentially the same things you use for crickets. But my question is how to administer the food? If I put the food in a little bottle cap (i'm only feeding approx 100 small nypmhs) will they get to it? Or do i spread the dry gut load I'm using (cricket crack) over the floor of their little bin?

I put dry in one corner of the bin and fruits and veg in another corner away from the egg crates.

in some sort of container or you just put directly into the bin?

You can put on a shallow dish or the lid from a jar, if you want easier clean up. Just make sure there's a ramp or you use something they can climb up/onto
