How to kill BSFL i had pupate

Like the title says; due to cage design and not really wanting to care and feed another type of bug, I need to get rid of about 50 Black soldier flies.

I currently have them in the freezer in a zip lock... I don't want to release them obviously outside.

Will 24hrs be sufficient to kill them off?

Thanks.

Why not release them outside? They’re beneficial.

birds will eat and enjoy them any time of year, but would especially appreciate the little soldierflynuggies during winter. You could put them on plate or just throw them on the lawn. Many people intentionally use BSFL for composting and pollination (secondary).
