Hi I have asked so many questions and people have been so helpful. I just wanted to thank everyone by telling how to make a dripper. You all probably know how but for anyone wondering this is how i did it:D
1. I like to use a coffee tin that has been rinsed with hot water. Use plastic so it doesnt rust or leach into the water.
2. Drill a small hole in the bottom. Make it big enough for a piece of airline tubing to fit snuggly in the hole so water doesnt leak.
3. Fill it with water. Check to see if it is leaking through the seams. If it is take some non toxic puddy or plaster to stop it.
4. Take the tube and tie an overhand knot to restrict the flow. Tighten the knot till the flow is at a good speed.
Anyway thats it hope it helped!

There are also a variety of drip valves available at most hardware stores. You might look for something like this with adjustable flow:

Indeed! Plastic air valves from the fish store are also a welcome addition to assist with the water flow. For simplicity, I just use a plastic "party" drink cup on top of the enclosure, in addition to my Mist-King watering system. I just put a pin prick in the bottom of the cup and let the water drip down to a leaf in the "middle" of the enclosure. I don't see him drink often, but.......

Before I got the mist king setup working, we used a plastic cup with holes in the bottom and then put ice in the cup. The only problem was that the surface tension of the water on the screen caused it to pool and needed help breaking tension and dripping.

Now that the misters work the little guy goes up to the mister and gets water dripping off his veil. He seems to like it.
