Hey there,

I've got a 70+ veiled eggs snuggled in hatchrite and vermiculite mixture tosting at a balmy 83 degrees. That's not my problem my problem is the humidity keeps dropping off drasticly in their incubator. Does anyone have advise on the lowest acceptable humidity for the incubation of veiled eggs?

Any help is appreciated, meanwhile I am off to scowl at other incubator possibilities at the store.

I'm not using an incubator and I think 83 degrees sounds too warm (by about 10 to 15 degrees)

If you pinch the medium hard and get barely a bit of water to squeeze out, your humidity is good.
