What else could I use other then a shower curtain to help keep in humidity?

Aka coroplast. Nifty stuff. Shower curtains come in all fun colors and patterns too! I've got some forest pattern shower curtains that really spruce things up.

Where are you located and how are you measuring the humidity?

You could do a few things varying in price. From cheapest to most expensive:

1. Wrap sides with plastic (drop cloth or shower curtains and some tape)
Pros: easy, cheap
Cons: can look pretty bad, tape may fail over time, hard to clean

2. Rigid sides like cloroplast or expanded PVC sheets.
Pros: looks clean, can seal well, easy to clean depending on how you attach
Cons: can be expensive have to DIY mount

3. Replace screen sides with clear marine vinyl
Pros, great look, easy to clean
Cons, expensive, diy project to rescreen the sides.

4. Replace screen cage with a hybrid enclosure.
Pros. Best way to maintain humidity, looks great
Cons: expensive.

Window insulation shrinkwrap
Poly drop cloth
PVC sheet
Coroplast
Acrylic
Glass
Aluminum composite
Plywood (NOT fiberboard/hardboard or particleboard) sealed/waterproofed.

Just about anything that comes in sheets that's water-resistant—or can be made water-resistant.
