Hybrids

I know most people arent fond of cross locals but i have seen some pretty interesting combinations that have inspired me to try some of my own. Currently i have tamatave and nosy faly eggs incubating as well as ambilobe x faly eggs.However the hybrid that i am most excited to see how will turn out is nosy mitiso x tamatave .Does anyone have any ideas how some of these babies will turn out? Or have you bred any hybrids of your own? Id love to see some pictures from other members.

Yeah sure lol its gonna be awhile tho the eggs were only recently laid. Here's a pictures of the sire, a CB Nosy faly produced from west coast chameleon brothers. The female tamatave comes from a very high white lineage, heres a picture of her clutch mate

No im planning on selling the majority of them. Obviously ill hold onto a couple to see how they turn out and potentially produce another clutch.

All the eggs are doing great. Unfortunately the dam isnt around any more but i have 2 seperate tamatave x nosy faly clutches incubating right now hopefully this summer theyll be hatching.

Sorry about your female but glad to hear the eggs are doing well. I enjoy seeing the different crosses. I would imagine thats how some of the locales came to be. Interesting world we live in!

Finally the babies have begun hatching. So far its a male heavy clutch but theres still another 6 eggs to go. I cant wait to see how they turn out. If anyone is interested in a baby let me know. On a side note ive had some Furcifer lateralis (carpet chameleon) babies begin to hatch at the same time.

Congrats! So happy for you! Our Nosy Be/Ambilobe boy (Narnia) was the love of my oldest boy. This was Narnia, RIP beautiful boy!

Both those cross locales are beautiful looking, I think as long as the lineage are acurate. Those nosy faly x tamtave babies are gonna turn out some awesome variation!!
