This is the second one I’ve found in my house. Wtf is it I thought I was a Carpenter wasp but I don’t think I’m correct. It was on Imelda’s cage plz help me identify so I can figure out how to treat the problem thank you

You can try water from a high force spray nozzle on your garden hose. Stand back a good 15 feet though and do it at dusk when they are all calm. If it is built out of dirt it should disintegrate.
