I need help with my veiled!!!

My Chameleon of about three years(Veiled) has been very lethargic he can climb with ease still but he will choose to stay in a spot for a couple of days. He also wont eat i have to force feed him ive tried dubias, crickets, and super worms and he still wont eat. He only has a few nails left on his front limbs theyve been torn off from climbing on my mesh cage. He also burned his veil by getting to close to the heat lamp so i had to move the lamps. Any tips to make my chameleon the same again?

please fill this outhttps://www.chameleonforums.com/how-ask-help-66/ When was the last time you changed your uvb bulb out? Also, how long since he ate? They can many weeks without eating so you don't need to force feed if it has not been that long.
