I think he found his chill spot!

A little over 2 weeks ago I recently adopted my male veiled chameleon, Bubby, from a not so good living situation. To be frank I was a bit nervous due to some of the things I heard about them being a bit cranky. Honestly though this guy has apparently fallen in love with my hair so we watch television together.

Good on you for getting him out of a bad environment! Bubby looks very content and happy now!!!

He looks to be about the cranky (maturing) size, so be patient with him. There will be days when he just wants to breed, so let him be. Those days he will be pacing back and forth in the cage and on the cage floor. Riding on your head or a spare ficus is probably the best location.

Yeah I've noticed he's been a little cranky the passed 2 days but I definitely let him have his space. I only take him out when it is on his terms haha...I've posted before about his estimated age because I wasn't sure when I got him but I've been guessing he is about 9-10 months...what do you think?

Aww! Good for you for being there for the little guy. My cham loves to hang out on my head too, especially when I have my hair up in a bun lol.
