ok i have a small screen enclosure thats 1x1x2 and in it i have a few(4) vines, a live hibuscus plant(tree) a repti glo 5.0, a 60 watt plant light, a mister lizard, a few spray bottles(just in case) im adding about 4 fake plants tomorrow and a few small logs. im hoping to get my veiled friday but i wanted to make sure im not missing anything first btw they are young about 6 wks old. im in the process of building a 3x3x6 enclosure since i plan on getting a male. am i ready? or do i need more?

You should get some live plants in there too...veileds are reported to eat plant leaves, so you want to give them something okay. Pothos and Ficus are both good. Also, the live plants will help with humidity...

6 weeks is really young. I'm hesitant to say whether your set up is good for such a young animal.

Toss the logs and test your temps. Make sure (with a digital thermometer or temp gun) that your basking spot is 80-82 degrees, and the rest of the cage is low-mid 70's-temperature is crucial with such a young baby. Your cage will be good for that age, just make double sure it does not get too hot. Make sure you have washed your hibiscus in soapy water and rinsed really well, and that the soil is covered so he cannot eat it.
