Importing chameleons

I have found a few links of farm raised chameleons that export and give price lists

I don't know very much about customs and that kind of thing

If i were to buy a bulk shipment of chameleons, what type of charges and filing would I incur on the home end of receiving the shipment?

Do any of the breeders go in together ever to keep costs down on a larger order?

I'm not entirely sure but I believe that you must purchase a permit.
