incubator temps dropped, are my eggs ok?

My son unplugged my incubators and my temps dropped to 61 for 24 hours. I have veiled eggs, panther and carpets. They range from a month old to 9 months old. I just wanted to see if that will hurt my eggs. I know it might speed up the process but will the babies be premature? I have veiled eggs thats are about to hatch so i hope they are ok. Does anyone know what can happen?

I have had eggs hatch out with night temps in the low 60's I think they will be fine.

Thats ok

Dropping is no problem it's when they get hot that's bad

Thanks for the tips, I had them go hot too and they all died. I figured the cooler temps will be fine.
