Hi There Guys,

I got a question i have like 3 colonies of crickets right now 1 for breeding and the other 2 are for staple food for my Cham but i've been noticing that they have like stop growing or something and caught 2 crickets fighting over another cricket so i thought they started with cannibalism.
Can you guy's give me some advice on what else i can feed them just to keep them alive and make them on with there normal life cycle?

I got 2 medium sized tupperware with lids for the feeders and 1 medium size with a couple of breeders i bought from an amazonian rainforest park we have here.
I feed them lettuce, carrots, a couple of times oranges and apples but mostly carrots and lettuce.
For the crickets i have egg cartons a moist towel for hydration and oatmeal for dryfood, is that ok?
Do i need to change or clean the keeps or can i leave it that way?

Can you please advice me for my superworms to cause i already have 2 colonies of superworms going on the third but i'm just feeding them patatoes and oatmeal, yesterday i gave them an apple treat but i don't know if i'm doing it right or not, can someone just shine some light on the subject here?

Sorry for the long message but i'm a newbie, i'm doing good on keeping but i think i'm going downhill here and need some help A.S.A.P

Thanks in advance

Far as I know lack of space is the main reason for crickets to cannibalize.
I feed them a blendered mixture of alfalfa, apple, banana, carrot, repashy superload and some other things.

Do you know what species of cricket you have? Some are more aggressive than others. Pictures could help.
Aren't you in the caribbean somewhere?
See the section for gut load on this page. https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/food/

I have no idea what species they are but they look like the normal ones that everybody uses cause the breeders that i have they are using them in the amazonian rain forest park we have here and yes i live in the Caribbean.

In Curacao just off the coast of Venezuela.

And yes i have a gutload menu, but i just want to know what everybody else is using just to keep them alive

Now I see your video. Crickets need a lot of ventilation. You may not need it but here we heat one end of the container a with a heating pad on low and place the egg crates on their edge with airspace between them.
Your super worms could be eating all the things you give crickets. We keep our larva in a mix of red wheat bran and oatmeal and just toss the gut load on top. The beetles are fine on just potatoes for moisture. We gave ours bark pieces to lay the eggs on then moved them to the other bin when we found eggs.
