I have 3 Nosy Be Panthers, 1 female and 2 males, 2 adults and 1 juvenile. The adults are a pair. Booberry is my adult male. He's a really laid back chameleon. He doesn't really like to be handled but he doesn't try to bite or puff up, and he doesn't run from my hand. My female is aggressive to the extreme, she'll run up to me to try to give me a bite. The aggression works to her advantage though. She's got the best appetite of any reptile I've ever owned. I really get a kick out of watching her run down crickets.
My juvenile is a little boy. He's very shy at this time.
I find most chams to be pretty shy as babies and teenagers. He's not aggressive but he really doesn't like to be touched either.
Here are some pics.
Frist is Pinky my female.
Here are 2 of my Teenager
I'm amazed at the difference in color and pattern. These pics were taken less than 4 minutes apart.
And here is my Booberry at the vet again. He is blind in one eye and I like to get things checked out about every 3 to 4 months.
