He has a dent in his back, the breeder said it was from a hatch mate attacking him when he was a baby

Husbandry check-
Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Pete, male panther chameleon, months old, been in my care six hours.
Handling - i only handles him in the car to get him out of the deli cup and onto a large area for him to wait on while driving.
Feeding - crickets, twelve every day, guy loaded with celery, carrots, and lettuce
Supplements - picking them up tommorow. Should I get repashy plus lod?
Watering - hand mist, three times a day for three to five minutes. Have not seen Him drink
Fecal Description - brown with white urate. No fecal test yet.
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - reptibreeze 16x16x30. Upgrading soon.
Lighting - t5ho zoo med linear bulb and basking spot lamp.
Temperature - 80 basking, 70-75 ambient
Humidity - i have not implemented humidity gauge yet, will be picking up tommorow. Using mister to maintain.
Plants - Pothos plant
Placement - in my bedroom, on a box.
Location - Petaluma California

Current Problem - just making sure I am doing things right.
 
The cage is a mess right now, I’m using it as a quarantine cage of sorts. New plants and branch’s coming very soon. He just ate and drank, which is awesome!

Congrats hon :love: I was going to ask if you we’re going to get another Chamaeleon while there. I happy for you and hope this time around goes better❤️ I look forward in watching your boy develop

He is going to be a beautiful boy when he grows up! I am so happy you decided to get another, after flower. Be sure to get a fecal test or two before setting up his permanent home, to save you the trouble of later complications.

What breeder did you get him from, at the show?
 
I am going to do a fecal. (As soon as he poops again-he did it in the car). He is from highlighter chameleons.

Pete isn’t showing any interest in his crickets. Could they be too small? They are as long as his head is wide, but most are a little smaller.
