Is arugula a safe green

To feed to my feeder bugs? It’s about the only green I can find other than kale and spinach and lettuces. I thought arugula was on the list but I guess it’s not.

I feed it to my beardie and the excess goes to my feeders. I don’t see it on the cham gutloading list, but have seen it on beardie salad lists so have assumed it’s fine.

It’s been on a lot of cham gutload lists in the past. I use rocket arugula in my gutload
