Is Ficus safe for veiled chameleons to eat?

I saw blue munching on a ficus leaf off of a branch I put in her cage and I was wondering if that is safe and/or good for her to eat?

Reminds me of myself, every time I try a new delicious burger at a restaurant. I absolutely DEVOUR it.
