It's not a very nutritious food (I very much dislike Flukers products in general) so I would supplement with a good variety of healthy veggies as well, so you don't waste your money, and then get a better brand of food. Or if you can return it, that would be better.
Its pretty gross if you look at the back for ingredients. I inherited a batch. Its all just corn and byproduct. Id throw it out and get some good stuff for the same price. I vote bug burger or cricket crack.
PS dubia dont like high protein. So stick with a mix that is less than 18%, prefer 10%
Basically, just a bunch of junk. Yellow corn (Bad), soybean meal ( Likely, GMO soy, Bad), meat meal , ( Bad), fish meal, (Bad), animal fat preserved with BHA (wow, Bad) and on and on. I wouldn't even give it to a care taker watching my crew while on vacation.
Just thought I would toss that out there for you. It's all about reading and understanding the labels and chemistry.
Pretty much what I gather from these forums is that Flukers products are pretty much garbage. I'd suggest Rasphey's products (bug burger, super load), I've also heard great things about Dinofuel but have no personal experience.
