Is it stress??

Tarzan, my 7-8 month old nosey be panther has recently moved into his new, larger enclosure . For the first two days he was ok but now he is showing black colouration that I haven't seen on him before. He has been like this for two days now.

I'm pretty sure his enclosure is spot on. Temps are good and supplementation all good. It's strange because he has done quite a bit of clawing at the glass like he doesn't realise it's a barrier, but his previous enclosures was glass as well! He's been hiding a lot but has been exploring.

He has been eating/drinking but not as greedily as usual.

Is the colouration down to stress?? I'm trying not to disturb him and watch him too much!

Thanks! He's pretty impressive for 7-8 months, especially when he gets all fired up

If you want to be sure, you can easily add some fake vines to hang down and give him some more hiding places.

Its a beautiful cham n he is just showing off his color ,he doesnt look that dark to me.
