I’ve had my black soldier fly larvae for just under a month now and they haven’t pupated. I got them from joshs frogs and I don’t feed them. Not a single one has turned into a fly and they are all still white-ish
Is it weird that my bsfl haven’t pupated yet?

They will turn black first. Keep them in a container that is well ventilated .Do nothing and one day you will wake up to lots of fly

I’m just confused. Everywhere I read said around 14 days until they pupate. I’ve had mine for almost a month and nothing has changed

Hell I have had some for 3 weeks now and a few are starting to turn black. Dont believe everything you read

Are you feeding them? I separate a bunch and stop food and they pupate.
Also side note you need to have a clean area that they can go to.
