Is my cham dehydrated?

Here is a picture of whatever the solid pee is called...I have read that if it is orange that means he is dehydrated. The outside is white, but the part where it broke off shows that the inside is orange. I have not seen him drink lately, and he has been acting very tempermental. Also, he has some white spots on his skin...does this mean he is going to shed? I have heard they get grumpy around that time. He is still eating like crazy and moving around just fine. Just want to make sure he is ok since he is only a few months old.

I think that is fine, a little yellow near the end where it connects to the poop is okay. Check this out for more info https://www.chameleonforums.com/poop-101-a-120171/. Also, it's called a urate and comes out solid because they don't have a bladder like we do.
