Is my Cham smaller then normal?

Male veiled, should be somewhere around 8-9 months old, doesn’t shed but maybe once every month and a half? And when he sheds not all of it comes off for a couple of weeks. He just seems smaller to me then normal Chams his age that i’ve Seen. Eats normally. Looks healthy, just small.

Mine is going on 3 yrs old and he isn’t to much bigger than yours.Some are just bigger than others.
