Is my chameleon okay?

Hi, I'm a new chameleon owner and I have been stressing about her health a lot lately. The first week I had her she was active and when I would come into the room she would always be in different spots. Lately, she has been very lazy. She is always under the basking light. The most worrying thing is that there are two little bumps on her forehead. She has also made a couple weird noises that sound like a sneeze. She seems to be eating and drinking fine. Can anybody help?

-Female Veiled chameleon, about 5-6 months old. She's been in my care for 2 weeks now.
-handle her once a day
-feeding her about 10-12 crickets a day in the morning. I gut load the crickets with monkey biscuits and flukers cricket quencher calcium. Also I give her a couple wax worms every week.
-zoo med repti calcium without d3 everyday. Then rep-cal calcium with d3 and rep-cal herptivite multivitamins once every two weeks.
-I mist her cage twice a day and have a dripper on sometimes
-brown and white (haven't seen one in a day or two)
-I got her from a pet store

-a 24x24x48 repti-breeze screen cage
-zoo med mini combo deep dome with a zoo med 75 watt basking bulb and a zoo med repti sun 5.0 UVB bulb
-basking spot is about 90-100 degrees rest of the cage is about 70-80 degrees. I don't know the overnight temp. I use a temperature gauge.
-her humidity is about 40-50% sometimes getting down to the 30s. I use a Humidity gauge
-I have 1 live plant and it's a Schefflera plant. I have some fake vines and branches as well.
-her cage is in my room on the ground. It's about two feet away from an air vent.
-I live in Cincinnati, Ohio

-the issue is she has been very lazy lately and has made a few weird noises. Also she has two tiny bumps between her eyes on her forehead

Here is her information. Please tell me if there is anything I need to correct to make her more happy. Thank you.

My suggestion for u is gutload the cricket with fresh green like collard green, mustard green ,dandelion, carrots instead of the thing u mention.
Drop down the temperature at the basking spot to 85F to start jus to see if there are any improvement with ur cham.hope this will help u a bit.

Can we see a pic of the bumps it could be a sinus infection you mentioned a noise. If so you'll want to get her to a reptile vet for some antibiotics to get rid of the infection, and they may have to cut the bumps to remove the puss. Just to be cautious not sure this is the situation. Look at this link it discusses it further.https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/health/head-neck/

I may just be too paranoid, but here is the tiny bump between her eyes
