She recently developed a light blue color on her back, she laid a clutch of 67 eggs about 4-5 months ago.

Once veileds start laying eggs they can lay 3 or 4 infertile clutches a year. To some extent it depends on their husbandry.
Does she go dark in the background at all?

Such a pretty girl!
Kinyonga is the expert here, but the timing seems right for her to lay again. Make sure she has a laybin ready (I always have O's in her enclosure). If you don't already, you might keep track of her weight... that helped me a lot, when her weight started to increase, I knew she was working on her next clutch. She doesnt seem to have that full, "eggy" look near her backend, but they can be such shapeshifters. How is your husbandry?

Not at all! In fact her colors got really light over the past few weeks. She used to be more of a dark green color and now shes light green with yellow and blue.

Her cage isnt really big, she loves to hang out at the entrance and even coming out to explore herself. So basically the entire house is free for her to go, as long as i keep track of her. How long do you think she'll be ready to lay? Im gonna be away for a month and my mother is currently taking care of her, but she only knows how to feed, mist etc.

If she laid eggs 4 or 5 months ago she should have laid again by now I'm think...it's never easy to predict infertile eggs accurately.
If she shows signs of eggbinding you or your mom need to get her to the vets ASAP....lethargy, sitting low in the cage, eyes closed during the day, phantom laying, etc.

What is phantom laying?

@Fireborn said..."What is phantom laying?"...it's when the chameleon digs a hole turns around butt down and sits there for a while then fills the hole in and tamps it down but doesn't lay the eggs.
