Hi all, following my last post...I ended up taking Michael home end of last month as the reptile shop told me he is first generation CB. He seems to settled in well and eating good but doesn't seem to be interested in food for the past two days... I suspect he could be having a body shed soon? He just finished a tail shed. Here is my caring info and some pictures from today !

my chameleon - Michael, yellow crested jackson’s chameleon. 9months. I have had him since 28th of December, 2019.
• handling - only handled a few times when I need to transfer him from outdoor to indoor during rainy day. Other wise he was not disturb for the past week.
• feeding - crickets, dubia, red runner, black soldier flies. All gut loaded with veggies. He was eating 6-10 items a day. He ate when I first got him and his favorite is black soldier flies :) eats right off my hand. I see him hunt snails and small flies in the cage.
• supplements - dusted calcium w/o D and Bee polen. calcium with low D and multivitamin twice a month
• watering -hand mist when I check on him in the morning and automatic misting for 1-3 min every 2.5 hour from 6am- 5pm. Three times during the night
• fecal - haven’t tested but visually looked healthy with some orange/white urane.
• history - purchased at local big reptile store. They said he is first generation CB from Hawaii. 9 months old, arrived three weeks ago.
• cage - outdoor DIY cage 120 x 120x 180cm height. indoor cage 40 x 60x 190 cm height.
• lighting - he is currently living mostly outdoor so no light just natural sunshine. When it's rainy or cloudy I take him inside. My indoor enclosure has t5 linear uvb, 75 watt basking.
• temp - during the day the highest temp is around 77 night 58. With sunshine from 7-10amand afternoon 3-5 pm
• humidity - day 30-50 night 70-80
• plants - all live plants...money tree, champak pothos exc
• placement - outdoor
• located in Taiwan

Question :
He has been drinking and very active in his enclosure. Sometimes it takes a minute to look for him in it. But he is easy to find during basking time twice a day ( 7-10am, 3-5pm) I see him basking and comfy under the sun. He has been a easy boy that eats right away but in the past two days he doesn't seem to be interested in food. It's my first jackson’s. He looks pretty healthy to me but I just want to get some second opinion... He's tailed just finished shedding. Does he look like his body is about to shed as well and maybe that's why he wasn't interested in food? Any advice will be appreciated, thanks!

He's very handsome.
Since you have him outdoors most of the time you can cut back his D3 to once a month or not at all. He would still need a multi vitamin monthly.
He may be ready to shed or he is just full. That seems like plenty of food and he may be ready to be cut back by half or have every other day feeding.
