i’ve looked up hemipenis prolapses and they dont look like this and how do i help him?

That is an intestinal prolapse. He needs a vet ASAP. You can keep the area moist with ky jelly.

Hey guys i got him to the vet we were able to get everything under control. My cham has had a hard life as i had taken him under my care when he was blind. It was due to dehydration and im trying to figure out why he hasnt been drinking lately.

How does he find the water when you mist if he's blind? How is he getting around the cage?
