- Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?

There are many things that I can see need attention. Your uvb need to be upgraded to a t5 linear. 10.0 in reptisun or 12% in arcadia. You will also need to add more vines and branches. I'm also concerned about mbd. The swelling in the joints and legs is a major indicator.

She needs to see a good exotics vet ASAP. She either has mbd or gout. You need to switch out that coil uvb with a linear t5ho 5.0 uvb bulb. I say 5.0 because it look like you have the Cham kit cage. You will want to upgrade to a 2x2x4 cage. You will also need a laying bin for her

I believe it’s a boy and a vailed chameleon I handle it daily I feed it crickets and meal worms and sOmThInG was worms and super worms I don’t dusts them.. I use a dropper. Screen with press n deal to keep humidity levers good the top is hot and the bottom is cooler I use fake plants no fans are near I’m in Oklahoma

You do not have a good set up. Full out the form. Take your time and be as detailed as you can. This is very important. You're chameleon will need to see a Vet as well.

No mealworms. They have no real nutritional value and can cause impaction of the bowels.
Don’t handle her so much it stress them out.
By “something was worms” I’m assuming you mean wax worms? These should only be fed once in a while as a treat because they are high in fat.
You should be using a calcium powder WITHOUT d3 every feeding except twice a month use a calcium powder WITH d3 and twice a month use a multi vitamin powder. Use one for on feeding one week and the other for one feeding the next week. Understand?

I’m confirming that it is absolutely a female without seeing the back feet.
I’m not sure about gout but she definitely has edema, MBD, a broken right rear leg, and at least 2 broken ribs. She is also almost certainly eggbound. She doesn’t have much time left if you don’t get her to a vet. Husbandry fixes are a secondary concern right now, they will not be needed at all if she doesn’t get medical attention soon.

I’m just curious how you can tell is a broken leg vs gout or a deformity from mbd. Or is it a break caused by weak bones due to mbd?

Now that I look closer at the pic I can see it’s not gout because it’s more in the middle of the bone rather then the joint.

Exactly, good eye! The break is a result of the MBD. The swelling is from the break mid-leg, not in the joint.

Her hind leg concerns me. I don't see any branches going parallel to the light,since you're using the dome light, which it's a big no, there's really not a way the chameleon can even get close to the light to get some UVB since it penetrates like an inch, inch and a half in a good day.
