Is this an ok schedule?

I feed my female jackson chameleon around 4 times a week, or every other day. She eats maybe 5 crickets/worms/ or whatever I feed her. I gutload my insects with fresh fruit and veggies and I will soon be buying King Kricket Feast.

As for supplements, I give her plain calcium a few times a week, and a multivitamin with D3 once every 4-6 weeks

How old is your cham?
Personally, I would feed her everyday.

As for Supplements, Calcium w/o D3 needs to be every feeding, a Multivitamin 2x a month, and Calcium w/ D3 at every feeding.

If she is an adult then yes 4-5 times a week is good. Plain calcium 2-4 times a week is good and a multivitamin about every 4-6 weeks and Calcium with D3 about every 4-6 weeks. Over supplementing especially a Jackson can be just as bad or worse then under supplementing. It seems you are doing good.

Are you keeping her outside? If she is getting outside direct sunlight then you can do away with D3 all together. It just depends on if she is getting outside sun UVB or not.

Here is a good caresheet about Jacksons. https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/hoj/634-montane-chameleon-care-info.html
