Is this cage suitable for a baby panther?

I was thinking of purchasing it for my future baby chameleon. I would put a ficus benjamina in it with a few vines. Is this large enough for the meantime???

yes it would be fine, but remember that chams grow very quickly and a few months down the road you will have to look for a larger cage about 3ft tall.
