Is this good cricket food?

the pet store is quite a long way from me, so when I was there this week they had one bottle of each of these, so I bought them and figured if it was not good, I could return them next week. What do you think? Is this good to feed my crickets? They both have calcium in it and I didn't know if chams could od on too much calc. I dust my crickets with calc w/o D3 every day and calc with D3 every two weeks. Is that going to be too much calc with the dusting and eating this food? Also the dry food does have calc w/ D3 in it. Please excuse the doggie nose!

I use that too, but with my research I've heard fresh greens are much better when being gutloaded. For example carrots, red peppers, kale, etc.

Not to be rude but that stuff is crap. Feed mustard, collard, turnip greens, papaya, apple, berries, squash etc.

Cricket crack is probably the best prr made dry you can get along with bug buffet

Avoid ANY cricket food by Flukers. It's garbage. Buy 'Cricket Crack' or 'Bug Buffet' from this site (see market section) . The Calcium supplements are good, as i used the same brand. Only use the D3 one twice a month, and the one WITHOUT D3 every time you feed.

Like others have said, gutload with dark green leafy veggies (not spinach) like Collard, Mustard, Turnip greens along with the recommended grains.

Ok thanks everyone I will return the flukers next week. I didn't open it since I was waiting to hear from the community first. Thanks again!

The gel (cricket quencher) is ok to use to keep your crickets hydrated, but the dry mix is junk like everyone has already said.
