Kinda looks like tea in a way. The thigns you wet and it makes tea thats what it looks like

It says it has D3 and vitamin A as beta cerotene. Make sure you adjust your dosing of other supplements containing these so you don't over dose them (herptivite and rep-cal w/ d3). I would not use that product myself though.
