OK.....I put her with the male 3 days ago...when I came back to get her out she was BLACK with the bright yellow...when I took her out she mellowed out and went back to normal....so should I try again??? Thanks for the quick replies!

Hold her up to the screen and see what she does. If she gapes and hisses she may already have mated or is just saying NO!

Hey yours looks receptive still, but I am also confused about my female being gravid or not.
So I hope you dont mind if I show my female on this thread.
Well here she is 2 years mated first time on the 17th January, first cluctch she is going to lay.
Does she look gravid?

What you guys think, her weight was 86 around mating day, and is 96 to this day.

And these are her relaxing colours, before mating she was light green.
Her yellow spots are also brown now, so....?

She looks skinny compared to my veiled when she was gravid..

I think 10 Grams in day 11 is about 1 gram per day. Generally, if their gravid, don't they always show gravid coloration so others don't breed (Talking like in the wild, so it'd be an instinct). So, does she show black with yellow?

Well shes dark green not black but she is like very aggressive when I show my other female to the gravid one.
She looks way fat from the top, I have a pic but will post it tomorrow.

Ok, so I put her in with my male(corbin) and went to work....she didnt hiss at him at all , and he started coming right to her. When i came back home Corbin was in the top of his tree and she was in the middle and looked like this picture now.

in the past Corbin would of been attached to her for several hours and he was about 3 days ago...so his behavior towards her today is a little odd since he usually goes after anything that moves!!!! In the past I had put females in with him who i thought were ready, but started gaping and hissing at him, he didnt mind at all and tried to breed anyway!!

So what do you think of these new pics????

She must definetey be gravid now.
My female also shows what looks like receptive colours (after mated).
But when we came back to check on them the male was at the top and my female closer to the bottom, and he also would go for her if she moved slightly.
So he left her alone.

tbs350z then I think mine should be come fat at the end of this week or next week.
And she does look quite lumpy.
