Is this hornworm too big

Ny cam is about the size of my hand and I went and got hers some pure and worms and the horn worms are the size and link And width of my pinky I'm just wondering will my cam choke

It looks ok! But probably the biggest you’d wanna give, I’ve given my (adult) veiled some that hornworms that size but I tend not to anymore because I can tell he has a bit of a harder time getting it down. Have you fed that size before?

Hmmm just reread, how old is your bud? Since your veiled is about the size of your hand….definitely would want some input from someone with more experience with juveniles.

It’s better to feed them small. The hornworms can hangon to the back of their throat and choke them.
