Is this moth a safe food for chameleons?

I found this moth and understand that they are native to my area. They apparently can eat quite a few plants that are chameleon safe. I was wondering if anyone have ever fed these to their chameleons? These would make an amazing Parsons snack if they are safe! If they are safe, they will be my next bug breeding project!

The moth is called a Hyalophora euryalus (ceanothus silkmoth).

I know the larval stage wouldn't be safe at all... I am not sure whether the moth itself is toxic or not. It doesn't look like it relies on toxicity as a defense though, and instead has fear inducing defenses like the eye spots... don't quote me though.
