I just got my nosy faly panther chameleon and he hasn't eatin
I have both crickets and worms for him and he still hasn't attempted to eat

it can take up to a week to week and a half for a new friend to settle in and become comfortable enough to eat.. watch his urates, make sure there nice and white.. hydrtation is more important. if there yellowing up do get some hornworms they get most every stubborn eater to eat and are excellent hydrators!! good luck and wed love to see some pics!!! also you could have posted this in general discussion where as lizard lounge is more for off topic none chameleon related things... but none the less :)

He's still adjusting. It seems everyone's cham doesn't eat for a couple days upon arrival of there new home. Give him time maybe provide lots of water. And offer the food constantly don't sit there and see if he's eating. Its much easier if your cup or bowl feeding leave a carrot for the crix to munch on and as he's exploring hell go get some for sure.

Ok thanks guys this is a great website...very helpful
Here is a picture of my set up ImageUploadedByTapatalk1341101699.320616.jpg

No problem:) is that 2x2x4 he could probably stay in that his whole life unless you wanna upgrade. My only suggestion would be to add a variety of sticks vines etc to climb on maybe a few fake leaves to hide in and climb on. Besides that it looks good, hell be a happy cham:D

Yeah I still want to do a lot to it
I want to put a little waterfall for the moisture and put some vines and sticks as well
I am using a sponge as a dripper right now

You do have a uvb light right? I like the other set up too be sure not tochange his environment too much. And be sure to not have any substrate.

What are substrates
Yeah I have one
Is there a big difference between a screw in bulb and the long 5.0 bulb
