Was wondering if any type of schefflera plant is ok

I'm pretty sure I saw someone say one of them, if not more is toxic. I have a Schefflera arboricola, which is on the safe plant list here.

make sure to look under the letter u, i think that is called also umbrella plant. so maybe look for more than one word on the plants tag to be sure.

It does say arboricola but it also says it's a gold Capella.I guess that's ok.really dont know.do y'all think it would b ok
