Hi I'm in the U.K and I have used a lot of this HA6 silicone, it is fish safe and the one you mentioned says anti fungal so I was always told not to use it. I used mine as a glue covering the interior sides of my exoterras then stuck cork, earth and moss to it, they looked very decorative and the silicone held and still holds the cork well after two years ,
