i didnt close that thread but i gave you a definaty opportuinty to defend youself as i posted in that thread right away.
either way just touching the nest and handling a humminbird is illegal,( pics ) u cannot even assist a injured humingbird without the right paperwork.
further more if it was just a joke than you should have monitired the thread better imo
