i have a jackson and what kind of cricket powder vitamin should i get? I have been gut loading my crickets. But the petstore runs out. And Its just better all the way around to dust them with whats good for him in general.

Supplementation:
As a montane species (native to higher altitudes) Jackson's have decreased supplementation requirements compared to tropical species due to metabolism differences. Use calcium (without D3 or phosphorus) twice a week, a multivitamin once a month, and calcium with D3 once a month.
I have seen calcium with D3 sold in pet stores with a picture of a Jackson on it too much is not good - I get mine on line as most of the stuff in the pet store has D3 in it -
