I have seen my Jackson eat the potting soil in her enclosure. Should I be concerned. She appears to be healthy and happy. She eats lots of crickets

Place larger or big enough stones that your cham can't eat on top of the soil that way it doesn't get impacted. Eating the soil is a no no. lol

Congrats on your new Jackson's girl!
As leedragon mentioned, it can be a symptom of nutrients being missing from her diet.
Since there could be fertilizer pellets, moisture pellets, sticks, pebbles or insecticides in the dirt--it's best to keep her from continuing that.

Does she have the crickets lightly dusted with plain calcium--no D3 every other feeding?
Are the feeders lightly dusted with calcium with D3 once a month?
Are the feeders lightly dusted with a multivitamin once a month?
This is the typical dusting/supplementing schedule for Jackson's--more often is not better for Jackson's and other montane types of chams.

Does she only get fed crickets ?
Variety in her diet is important.
This place has a good variety of feeders but maybe you're luckier than most and have a store nearby with plenty of variety

If you want to know if there is anything that could be changed to ensure that she stays healthy for you, spend a couple of minutes cutting and pasting the questions from and adding your answers to these:

If you can add pictures that helps, too.
