jacksonii willengensis or Kenya Jacksonii??

What is the difference between jacksonii willengensis and Kenya jacksonii jacksonii?

I have a 8 month old jacksonii (Kokie) and he looks just like the pics I have
seen of willengensis and the same age (and sex).

They are the same species just some folks believe the willengensis is a different locale(?) or perhaps subspecies. I've yet to read anything official though so in my eyes they are still simply T.j.jacksonii.
