Jacksons mouth barely open with tounge out

He has edema. Which is being addressed. He a few day ago got a small pimple like thing on this lip. So I gave him an anti fungal orally that I got from the vet from previous issue. A few days in no change with the pimple. But it seems to be reversing his edema progress. This morning he was sitting idle on a branch mouth just slightly open. A little slit. And his tounge was stuck up to the slit barely coming out of his mouth. I for some reason cannot post pictures to this site.

It wont upload a photo. Old pics new pics wifi no wifi restart the phone and site. Nothing. Just says there was a problem uploading the photo.

Hitting up the vets now. Thinking an upper respiratory infection. He blew a bubble. Isn't eating or drinking. Labored breathing started. Wish little jimbo slice luck. Hes a trooper. Thank you.

He still has a lot of gular edema in these pictures and that may be forcing his tongue into that position.

It's been an insanely rough morning.
He didnt make it. He died this morning. Please anything you can share about preventing the respiratory infection would be really helpful. I have a really healthy female jacksons and I want to keep her that way. The gular edema has been an on going thing the last 3 or 4 weeks. Found a "cure" i tried to replicate. It did help but I guess it wasnt in time. Thank you everyone!! I really appreciate the help.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Once they are compromised by one problem they are vulnerable to other things.
