Jade plants?

I have a jade plant I recently bought and was curious whether or not I could use it in a Cham enclosure. I saw it was on the FL Cham’s plant safe list but I’ve heard mixed reviews.

Jade plants are supposedly safe, but as succulents they arent really suitable for chameleon enclosures. Too wet/humid for them to do well!

My guy loves his Jade plant! It’s not in his enclosure but whenever he comes out it’s his favorite place to sit

Thanks for the feedback! I think I’ll try one out and see how it goes. Trying to get some lives plants in there , plus I already got one on hand!

You'd probably be better served with pothos/ficus/schefflera in terms of permanent suitability within the cham enclosure, but if you swap the jade plant out of he cage every once in awhile to let it dry out and recoup you might be alright.
