Just wanted to share a positive experience with Josh's Frogs. They really rock. I've had two problem. One, improperly packaged reptile cave broke in transit and isopods died. Probably unrelated, but still problematic.
At the same time, USPS lost a package with one of the metal halide lights I ordered.
First, I sent a note and received a response. Then I provided requested instructions and never heard back. Finally I called, as I was not very happy. It turns out they never received my response and within three minutes, they had arranged a replacement and it will ship today. Super professional, very polite and helpful. They will deal with USPS lost package, so I don't have to worry. Really great people they have over there.
