Just a few questions for my little guy

I got him about 3 weeks ago and he isn't really drinking or eating too much. I'm just wondering if he looks healthy.
I have looked around for poop and found some but not a lot.

I feed him 1 time per day, around 10-20 1/8 crickets. I have seen him eat a few but leave the rest to run off.

20 is a bit much. The recommended amount of crickets is 10-12 small ones a day. Do you cup feed or let the crickets roam free? How close are you when you feed him? What supplements are you using and what is the scheduled?

Dust your crickets with Calcium and vitamin D time to time. What is the temperature for his basking spot? Temperature also plays a crucial role for their appetite.

I also leave them in the cup but he never goes for them forcing me to pour some out I'll let him eat when I'm not around

Maybe he is still trying to adapt to the new environment. Your enclosure seems relatively big to him. Some people prefer to start with smaller enclosure for smaller chams. Also monitor your humidity.

Maybe try some other feeder insects such as dubia roaches and silkworms (the best).

You can buy small ones with less quantity, lets say 25 small silkworms. Sellers will also give you extra in case of death during the shipment, which mostly would not happen. Silkworms can grow very fast.


Also try to monitor his weight.
