just a quick question please help

my blue bar has always slept through the night every once in a wile he will wake up when i turn on my lights and i will check on him and he is sleeping but tonight he is walking around all fired up like crazy i don't know why but he is walking all around up and down left and right everywhere

does anyone know whats wrong with him i never seen him do this ever and i dunno what i should do i don't think my laptop light could be bothering him because it is facing the opposite way of him and the light does not even shine on him plus i watch a movie almost every night on my laptop and he has never acted like this

also it is not 2 am and he is doing all of this from 12 till now

Put blanket on the cage, so he will have fully dark his area. My cham couldn't sleep because my father watches TV till 24:00h and chams lights turns off at 19:00h. So I'm putting the blanket and he goes to sleep immediately.

my room was also very hot last night i turned on the thermometer and saw it was 81.4 in my room and i thought it was to hot for him

so i misted his cage at 3 in the morning and 5 min after that i checked on him and he was dead asleep

was it that he was hot or something ?

The temp is possible. Were there any crickets left in the enclosure. The crix could have been bugging your cham.

Make sure there is NO crickets in his enclosure after u turn his lights out... they could begin nawing his skin and eventually cause a little open wound that could get worse... i actually take them out after 5:30 pm because i dont like my chams eating so late in the evening...digestive reasons... anyways observe his behavior... jot down some of his routines and be sure he isnt getting out of the loop..

im shure there were no crickets in his tank and today i fed him worms so i will see if he does it again tonight i think he was buggin becasue it was hot but im keeping my eye on him
