Just molted in an Adult Male BDR

This male is a big guy! Just asking if it's OK to feed "just molted adults" to a sub-adult considering they're shell-less...

Also, with their shell... is there extra nutrition?

Tasty snack

My veiled chams are watering at the mouth for that tasty snack. I am sometimes surprised at the size of bugs that they can eat.
